No terms have been published yet. In the meantime, the cancellation and refund policy below is what applies to a booking, and it is what you are shown before you pay.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation policy

  • 7 days or more before check-inFull refund
  • 2 days or more before check-in50% refund
  • Less than 2 days before check-inNo refund

Refunds exclude taxes.

Cancellations are handled by the host — contact us and we'll process any refund due under the tiers above.
